Resume:

Shining Guo,Male,Born in Shandong province, Ph.D. in Agriculture, DVM, Professor. He received his Ph.D Degree in 2002 at North East Agricultural University. He received professor position at South China Agricultural University in 2014. 

Shining Guo has been doing his research in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine (TCVM) for nearly 30 years. His research is currently focusing on using TCVM to prevent and treat animal disease. He has published 150 papers including 15 papers were indexed by SCI.

Research Field

Mainly focus on (1) the relationship between metagenomics of intestinal flora and disease in pigs after used Chinese herbs; (2 )the activity of Chinese herbs on anti-virus; (3) using acupuncture and moxibustion to treat animal disease such as paralysis etc.
